Booking a conversation (Calendly)

When you schedule a conversation, you are taken to Calendly. You enter details such as your name, email address, and any notes you choose to share. I receive these details to schedule and hold our conversation and to follow up with you. Calendly processes this information under its own privacy policy.

Free guide and email list (Flodesk)

If you sign up for the free guide, the form is provided by Flodesk. The email address (and any other details the form asks for) you enter are collected by Flodesk and used to send you the guide and occasional emails from me. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Flodesk's handling of your information is described in its privacy policy.

Contacting me by email, phone, or text

If you email, call, or text me, I receive the information you send (such as your name, contact details, and message) and use it to reply and to arrange or provide services. Please avoid sending sensitive health details by email or text; we can talk about them in our conversation instead.

Website hosting (Netlify)

This website is hosted by Netlify. Like most hosts, Netlify may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. See Netlify's privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies, and at the time of writing I do not run website analytics. Fonts and images are served from this site. Third-party services you choose to use (such as Calendly and Flodesk) may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Links to other sites

This website links to Google Reviews, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. These are operated by other companies, and their privacy practices apply once you leave this site (for Google, see policies.google.com/privacy). Reviews shown on this website were written by clients on Google and are reproduced with their review text.

How information is shared

I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with the service providers listed above as needed to operate the website, scheduling, and email, or when required by law.

Confidentiality of sessions

Information you share in our conversations and sessions is treated as confidential and handled with professionalism, as described in the FAQs.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. You can ask me to access, correct, or delete information I hold about you by emailing jalpa@calmrewire.com; information held by Calendly or Flodesk may also need to be managed with those providers.
